You must have :-
- Mangoes that have not ripen(mangga muda).
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
- Glass container(with the cap)
- Spoon
- Boiled water
- Peel the mangoes.
- Slice them.
- Pour boiling water into the glass container.(open the cap first).
- Put sugar,salt and vinegar into the glass container.
- Stir until it all dissolves.
- Put the sliced mangoes into the glass container.
- Stir for 1 minute.
- Screw the cap back on.
- Leave for a few days.
- After step 9,can finally eat!
